Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi antisipatif, norma subjektif, komitmen profesi, dan sensitivitas etis terhadap niat whistleblowing. Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dari penelitian sofia (2013). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkalan dan Pamekasan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 112 pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sosialisasi antisipatif secara empiris tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat whistleblowing, (2) norma subjektif secara empiris berpengaruh terhadap niat whistleblowing, (3) komitmen profesi secara empiris berpengaruh terhadap niat whistleblowing, dan (4) sensitivitas etis secara empiris tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat whistleblowing.
Kata Kunci: sosialisasi antisipatif, norma subjektif, komitmen profesi, sensitivitas etis, niat whistleblowing.
