Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan strategi BUMDes Sekapuk dalam mengembangkan Wisata Setigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Sekapuk selaku pengelola Wisata Setigi, Direktur BUMDes Sekapuk beserta jajarannya dan tokoh masyarakat. Pembuktian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan wisata setigi oleh BUMDes Sekapuk antara lain menciptakan permodalan melalui dana masyarakat tabungan plus investasi dan promosi wisata.
