Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKL ini untuk mengetahui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) pada PT. PG Candi Baru yang meliputi Struktur Organisasi, Job descriotion dan job spesification, Proses perencanaan SDM, Proses rekrutmen, Penyeleksian dan penempatan karyawan baik karyawan tetap maupun karyawan kontrak waktu tertentu (KKWT), Sistem pemberian imbalan (kompensasi) baik karyawan tetap maupun KKWT, Model pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan serta jaminan kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan jaminan hari tua, Proses Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK), pensiun dan kesejahteraanya.
