Abstract
Preferensi Konsumen terhadap suatu produk sangat dipengaruhi oleh atribut-atribut yang melekat pada produk tersebut. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang karakteristik konsumen dalam membeli buah apel impor dan menganalisis atribut-atribut yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam membeli buah apel impor. Penelitian dilakukan di Toko Buah Hokky dan Pasar Tradisional Ampel Surabaya.
