Pengukuran Kinerja PT. PG RAJAWALI I Menggunakan Metode Performance Prism

Based on the above problems, a solution method is needed that can improve the performance of the company PT. PG Rajawali I in order to be able to compete with private sugar factory companies. One method of performance measurement that can evaluate company performance is the Performance Prism method that uses KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as the first step in measuring performance and using OMAX (Objective Matrix) and Traffic Light System to classify company activities.
Prism Performance is a performance measurement method that not only pays attention to the strategy, but also the satisfaction and contribution of stakeholders, processes, and organizational capabilities (Simbolon, 2015).
This research combines Performance Prism with using KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as the first step in measuring performance and using OMAX (Objective Matrix) and Traffic Light System to classify company activities.
Based on Omax calculations, it can be seen that there are 2 activities that are in the red category which should receive more attention for repairs, these activities include A1 activities (Low Prices) and D2 activities (Increased Sugar Factory Rendering)
