Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah faktor-faktor kesesuaian penempatan kerja yang terdiri dari, kesesuaian pengetahuan, kesesuaian keterampilan dan kesesuaian sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru, serta apakah variabel kesesuaian pengetahuan merupakan faktor kesesuaian penempatan kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS.
