Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan pekarja di UKM Kecamatan Bluto dari sistem pengupahan, jaminan sosial dan kelangsungan kerja serta mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kesejahteraan pekerja pada UKM Kecamatan Bluto Sumenep. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu data yang terkumpul dari hasil angket akan di deskripsikan secara umum. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja Usaha Kecil Menengah dengan jumlah 99 orang dan kemudian dijadikan sampel diambil secara non probability sampel jenuh.
