Income is money received by a person company inrnthe form of salary, wages, rent, interest, profit and so on. Income is received byrnsomeone from consumers result of the process of selling goods services. Incomernis something that is very important owned by someone to fulfil their daily needs.rnTechnology and information continues to develop. One form of technologicalrnadvancement is called online transport, such Grab. Grab is an online motorbike taxirnapplication application that provides job opportunities, such drivers so-called ojekrndrivers. The increasing number of online ojek services in Bangkalan Regency causesrncompetition and affects the income of Grab online ojek drivers in Bangkalan Regency.rnThis study aims to determine the effect of working hours, work experience, mileagernand operating costs on the income of Grab online ojek drivers in Bangkalan Regency.rnRespondents of this study were 50 Grab online ojek drivers in Bangkalan Regency.rnThe data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interviewrnusing a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained from government agencies such as;rnCentral Bureau of Statistics and literature related to the research topic. This researchrnapproach is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis method. The result ofrnthis study is that working hours have no effect on income. The variables of workrnexperience and distance travelled have a positive effect, while operational costs haverna negative effect on income.
