Abstract

Pemilihan portofolio proyek sudah sama pentingnya dengan
pemilihan portofolio bisnis karena berkaitan dengan alokasi sumber
daya perusahaan yang terbatas, dimana proyek yang terpilih akan
menentukan posisi perusahaan dimasa mendatang.
Untuk menghasilkan portofolio proyek yang sesuai dengan
strategi perusahaan, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Fuzzy
Analytical Network Process (FANP) yang diimplementasikan dalam
sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat. Metode FANP digunakan
karena dinilai dapat meningkatkan akurasi hasil proses pemilihan karena
metode ini dapat mengukur tingkat ketergantungan secara logika
diantara kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini
digunakan 15 kriteria yang digolongkan ke dalam empat klaster yang
telah disesuaikan dengan strategi perusahaan.
