Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak dinamis perubahan suku bunga kredit, inflasi, dan PDB terhadap Indeks Harga Properti Residensial di Indonesia periode 2010 hingga 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Autoregression (VAR), menggunakan data sekunder dari negara Indonesia. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah Indeks Harga Properti Residensial di Indonesia, dan variabel independen yang terdiri dari suku bunga kredit, inflasi, dan PDB. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dinamis antara suku bunga kredit, inflasi, dan PDB terhadap Indeks Harga Properti Residensial di Indonesia.
