Abstract

ABSTRAK
Dikarenakan saat ini muncul adanya wabah Covid-19, media baliho dan banner saat ini digunakan untuk memberikan informasi dan imbauan kepada masyarakat mengenai protokol kesehatan. Baliho dan banner tentang imbauan Covid-19 mengandung wacana yang berisikan teks, koteks, dan konteks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan teks, koteks, dan konteks pada media baliho dan banner imbauan Covid-19 di daerah Waru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan cara memilah, menguraikan, dan akan ditarik suatu simpulan. Teknik validitas data penelitian dengan cara menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan terdapat 13 banner imbauan Covid-19 yang mengandung teks, koteks dan konteks, serta terdapat 8 baliho imbauan Covid-19 yang mengandung teks, koteks, dan konteks.
