Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, hasil belajar, respon
dan keterlaksanaan pada media virtual Lab pada materi cermin sub materi dari
cahaya dan optik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Design
dengan teknik Nonequivalent Control Group Design yag dilaksanakan di SMP
Nurut Taufiq dengan populasi seluruh kelas VIII pada pokok bahasan cermin.
Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan
menerapkan sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 2 kelas, kelas VIII A
sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data
menggunakan teknik tes pilihan ganda untuk tes pemahaman konsep siswa, angket
untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui
keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel bebas.
Kriteria pengujian hipotesis nilai signifikansi 0,001< 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil
tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh media virtual lab terhadap
pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi cermin.
