Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan ujian sertifikasi, motivasi karir, biaya pendidikan, kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap minat mahasiswa mengikuti ujian sertifikasi CPA. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi universitas trunojoyo madura angkatan 2020 yang berjumlah 220 sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner, dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas data, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis meliput uji T, Uji F, R square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel pengetahuan ujian sertifikasi, motivasi karir, kontrol perilaku persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa mengikuti ujian sertifikasi CPA. Sedangkan variabel biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa mengikuti ujian sertifikasi CPA
