Abstract

ABSTRAK
Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang beraneka ragam, manusia memerlukan barang dan
jasa. Suatu kegiatan yang menghasilkan barang dan jasa disebut produksi. Produksi adalah
kegiatan untuk menciptakan dan menambah kegunaan suatu barang dan jasa. . Manajemen
produksi merupakan usaha mengelola dengan cara optimal terhadap faktor-faktor produksi
atau sumber seperti manusia, tenaga kerja, mesin dan bahan baku yang ada.
Penulis ini meneliti tentang pengaruhsiswa PKL (praktekkerjalapang) terhadapproduksi
di Toko Swalayan Laksana Jaya.Pentingnya karyawan dalam proses produksi dapat
mempengaruhi jumlah produksi yang di hasilkan.Karyawan merupakan kekayaan utama
suatu perusahaan karena tanpa keikutsertaannya aktivitas perusahaan tidak akan terjadi.
Karyawan berperan aktif dalam menetapkan rencana, sistem, proses, dantujuan yang
ingindicapai.
