KOMUNIKASI ANTARPRIBADI GURU DAN ORANGTUA DALAM MENANAMKAN "SELF CONCEPT" REMAJA TUNARUNGU

The significance of this study is to reveal the communication effectiveness among individual which, in this case, the subject was selected by teachers and parents of teenagers with special needs. The diagnose of the subject is limited on the hearing impairment. The study would like to focus on their development of self-concept/personality. The subject are three teenagers with hearing impairment diagnose within different personality which are extrovert, introvert, and emotional.
The methodology used in this research is Phenomenology. Meanwhile, the type will of the paper is classified as qualitative descriptive research paper. Interview, closed/opened observation, and documentation technique are used as the instrument on collecting the data. To analyse the data, the data was first reduced. The, the data display which is collected will be categorised and classified to reveal a certain reasoning and conclusion.
The result shows some interesting effectiveness on communication which is picked by teachers and parents into the subject of the research, teenagers with hearing impairment. Moreover, the result shows self-concept which is gained after effective communication is commenced among individuals.
