Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru tentang pendidikan
multikultural, strategi penanaman pendidikan multikultural, serta kendala yang
dihadapi dalam menanamkan pendidikan multikultural. Metode penelitian yang
dipakai oleh peneliti adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel
memakai purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Sedangkan teknik
pengumpulan data memakai observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian
data, verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1
