Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan produk halal olahan hasil laut di Kabupaten Bangkalan, dengan studi kasus produk olahan hasil laut di Kecamatan Sepuluh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, lalu untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara Survei, Wawancara, Observasi, dan Studi Dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kecamatan Sepuluh Kabupaten Bangkalan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan produk halal olahan hasil laut di Kabupaten Bangkalan.
