Abstract

ABSTRAKSI
Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa kemajuan suatu bangsa salah satunya di tentukan oleh
kemampuan aparatur birokrasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya yaitu sebagai pelayan
public kepada masyarakat secara professional dan akuntabel. Namun kenyataan di lpangan
