Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran aplikasi kasir berbasis mobile “Kasir Pintar” dalam perencanaan operasional usaha kafe menghadapi fluktuasi permintaan mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada Kafe Klasik di Telang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kasir berbasis mobile membantu pengelola dalam mengidentifikasi pola permintaan musiman, mendukung perencanaan arus kas, serta meningkatkan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan UMKM usaha kafe.
