Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Islamic Corporate
Social Responsibility (ICSR) dan Intellectual Capital Disclosure (ICD) terhadap
Reputasi perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 12 bank syariah di indonesia.
Menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel penelitian terpilih sebanyak
10 bank syariah dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015. Teknik analisis yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan
bukti bahwa ICSR secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap reputasi
bank syariah, dan ICD secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap reputasi
bank syariah. Hal ini sejalan dengan signalling theory bahwa kuantitas informasi
yang diberikan akan mempengaruhi reputasi perusahaan. Penemuan ini
berkontribusi dalam memperbanyak literatur terkait manfaat ICSR dan ICD untuk
reputasi perusahaan.
