Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana memperkuat sharia compliance di Bursa Efek Indonesia dapat meningkatkan minat investor untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sharia compliance yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan investor dalam pasar modal syariah dan membantu menarik investor potensial yang mungkin tidak tertarik pada investasi konvensional. Selain itu, sharia compliance juga dapat membantu meminimalkan risiko investasi dan meningkatkan nilai investasi jangka panjang.rnKata Kunci : Investasi, Sharia compliance; Bursa Efek Indonesia
