Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, stres, rekan kerja, konflik peran dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja auditor. Objek penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik di Surabaya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 responden.
Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, stres dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Akan tetapi, konflik peran dan rekan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor.
