Abstract

Produktivitastambakgaram di KecamatanGaliscukuptinggi, namunbelummampumemberikankontribusi yang besarterhadappetani.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi program PUGAR terhadap tingkat keberdayaan petani garam rakyat di Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert dan uji korelasi. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwa pelaksanaan program PUGAR termasukkategoriefektif.Sedangkantingkatkeberdayaanpetanigaramberadadalamkategoriberdaya. Korelasi antara efektivitas program PUGAR dengan tingkat keberdayaan petani garam berada dalam kategori sedang
