Abstract

Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahuti komunikasi formal
dan informal di dishubkominfo Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan
teknik wawancara, observasi tidak teratur, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi di
dishubkominfo Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura dari segi komunikasi formal
membantu dishubkominfo untuk menjalankan menjalankan organisasi. komunikasi
informal menjadi cara bagi pegawai dishubkominfo untuk mengakrabkan diri satu
sama lain.
