Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) tingkat keuntungan usaha; (2) nilai
tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan daun kelor di CV Nurul Jannah. Metode
yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis R/C Ratio dan perhitungan nilai
tambah Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) R/C Ratio tepung daun
kelor 1,96 > 1, stik kelor 1,94 > 1, teh kelor 1,09 > 1 dan kerupuk kelor 1,05 > 1,
artinya pengolahan daun yang dilakukan CV Nurul Jannah menguntungkan dan
layak dijalankan; (2) Nilai tambah tepung daun kelor Rp. 9.838,56/Kg, stik kelor
Rp. 5.304,53/Kg, teh kelor Rp. 84.575,91/Kg dan kerupuk kelor Rp.
138.735,59/Kg, nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan daun kelor lebih
dari 0 artinya pengolahan daun kelor memberikan nilai tambah.
