Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku modelling
dengan self-efficacy. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir yang bekerja dan minimal bekerja
selama 3 bulan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang.
Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (non-probability
sampling). Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku modellingdan
skala self-efficacy. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi pearson dengan
menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (statistical product and service solution) 23.0
for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif
antara perilaku modelling dengan self-efficacy (R=542) dan signifikansi probability
0,01 (0,01 < 0,05) yang artinya hipotesis diterima, semakin tinggi perilaku
modeling maka semakin tinggi self-efficacy pada mahasiswaakhir yang bekerja.
