Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh jurnal mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalahseluruh jurnal mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham mulai dari tahun 2013-2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling banyak mempengaruhi harga saham adalah return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR), dan debt to equity ratio (DER).
