Abstract
ABSTRAK
Lemahnya penentuan harga dan kualitas di setiap pedagang, sehingga
menimbulkan ketidakpastian pendapatan produsen tahu. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui bentuk saluran pemasaran, marjin pemasaran dan efisiensi
pemasaran tahu di Industri Rumah Tangga “Suka Makmur” Desa Kartasura
Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penentuan sampel dengan metode
purposive sampling terhaap 1 responden yaitu pimpinan dan snowball sampling
terhadap 1 agen dan 1 pengecer. Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif
kualitatif dan analisis marjin pemasaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua
saluran pemasaran. Saluran pemasaran kedua merupakan saluran yang paling
efisien dengan persentase marjin sebesar 4,67%.
