Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling purposive terhadap beberapa pegawai yang memiliki tanggung jawab signifikan yaitu sebanyak 48 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dengan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara mengajukan pertanyaan atau pernyataan kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis linier berganda dan SPSS untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyaawan, serta lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
