Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kinerja warung kelontong Madura di Gresik. Warung kelontong merupakan warung menjual berbagai macam kebutuhan rumah tangga. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana kinerja warung Madura di Gresik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan warung kelontong Madura dipengaruhi oleh lamanya suatu usaha, besarnya suatu usaha, lokasi yang strategis, harga produk dan pelayanan warung kelontong Madura. Faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi omset, biaya operasional, dan keuntungan dari warung kelontong Madura.
