Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Cash ETR dan Kepemilikan Keluarga terhadap laba per saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Brsa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2011-2013
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non Probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pada Perusahaan manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cash ETR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba per saham dan kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba per saham.
