Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kekerasan seksual di Kabupaten Bangkalan yang meliputi Kepolisian Resort Bangkalan dan Dinas Keluarga Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian empiris, yaitu penelitian hukum yang menggunakan data lapangan sebagai sumber data utama, dan berfungsi untuk melihat bagaimana proses terjadinya dan proses bekerjanya hukum didalam masyarakat. Penegakan hukum adalah keserasian hubungan antara nilai-nilai yang terjabarkan dalam kaidah-kaidah yang mantap dan berwujud dengan perilaku sebagai rangkaian penjabaran nilai tahap akhir untuk menciptakan, memelihara, dan mempertahankan kedamaian pergaulan hidup. Permasalahannya adalah proses perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kekerasan seksual
