Abstract
Transportasi merupakan permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh perusahaan akan tetapi perusahaan tersebut tidak menyadari
dengan adanya permasalahan yang efeknya dapat menambah beban biaya, dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek adalah perusahaan
CV. Citra Kencana Bakery. Dimana perusahaan tersebut memproduksi berbagai macam roti, pendistribusian produk perusahaan dibatasi
di daerah jawa timur. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa alternative yang dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk mempersingkat waktu dan
biaya distribusi roti dengan menggunakan Algoritma Ant Colony.
