Abstract

Masruroh, Sehati ( Sehat Bersama Bupati ) Wujud Lain Dari Implementasi Jamkesda Di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Dibawah bimbingan Rahmat Zuhdi. SE., MSA., Ak., CA., QIA dan Achdiar Redy Setiawan, SE., MSA., Ak., CA.
Penelitian ini berupaya menafsirkan implementasi program jaminan kesehatan daerah “Sehati”. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi Sehati. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif, paradigma interpretif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Sehati kurang berjalan efektif dengan temuan utama yaitu Sehati merupakan rebranding dari program SPM (Surat Pengajuan Miskin).
Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pertanggung jawaban.
