Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja, pengaruh etika kerja Islam terhadap kinerja, dan etika kerja Islam sebagai variabel moderating untuk hubungan pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Sampang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner.
Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 41 pegawai tetap Inspektorat Kabupaten Sampang dengan mengunakan sampling jenuh. Analisis dilakukan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan analisis MRA dapat diketahui bahwa variabel locus of control, etika kerja Islam, dan variabel moderating etika kerja Islam tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi R^2 adalah 45,7%. Hal ini berarti kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel locus of control, etika kerja Islam dan variabel moderating sebesar 45,7% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.
