Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan hasil uji secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang berpengaruh yaitu Motivasi Karir, Motivasi Sosial, Motivasi Prestasi, Motivasi Kualitas, Motivasi Peningkatan Diri dan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah Motivasi Ekonomi
