Abstract

Ketela Rambat merupakan salah satu komoditi bahan makanan pokok. ketela rambat merupakan komoditi pangan penting di Indonesia dan diusahakan penduduk mulai dari daerah dataran rendah sampai dataran tinggi. Ketela Rambat merupakan salah satu komoditi unggulan di Kabupaten Mojokerto.
Analisis efisiensi rantai pasokan komoditas ketela rambat di Kota Mojokerto diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran ketersediaan pasokan ketela rambat sebagai pertimbangan pengelolaan supply chain bagi industri pengolahan ketela rambat dan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pihak pengelola pasar untuk mengadakan sistem pemasokan yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menentukan model rantai pasok di Kecamatan Pacet Mojokerto dan (2) Meminimumkan biaya transportasi.
