Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Variabel
skor penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) digunakan sebagai indikator
GCG, sedangkan Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Invesment (ROI), Net
Profit Margin (NPM) dan Tobin’s Q digunakan sebagai indikator kinerja
keuangan perusahaan.
