Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) Apakah pengaruh antara penerapan TQM terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Apakah pengaruh antara penerapan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Apakah pengaruh antara penerapan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) Apakah pengaruh antara penerapan profit center terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) Apakah pengaruh antara penerapan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) Apakah pengaruh variabel TQM, teknologi informasi, sistem pengukuran kinerja, profit center dan sistem penghargaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
