Abstract

ABSTRAK
Kecamatan Ganding merupakan sentra produksi usahatani kedelai di Kabupaten Sumenep. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada usahatani tersebut adalah rata-rata produktivitasnya usahatani rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efisiensi teknis dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi sumber inefisiensi teknis pada usahatani kedelai. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Ganding Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik multistage Sampling.Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Fungsi Produksi Cobb-Douglass Stochastic Frontier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata usahatani kedelai di Kecamatan Ganding Kabupaten Sumenep belum efisien secara teknis dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan inefisiensi adalah pendidikan dan pengalaman.
