Abstract
Bawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan sayuran yang banyak digunakan untuk memenuhi bahan baku masakan, rempah-rempah, dan bahan baku olahan bawang goreng. Ketersediaan hara sulfur di dalam tanah juga sering menjadi faktor pembatas bagi tanaman bawang merah untuk menghasilkan umbi dengan bobot dan kualitas yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dosis pupuk sulfur yang tepat pada tanaman bawang merah dan mempelajari pengaruh pupuk sulfur terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.)
