Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Tekanan Atasan, Konflik Peran dan Ambiguitas Peran terhadap Independensi Auditor dengan Kecerdasan Spiritual sebagai Variabel Moderating. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik kuesioner dan pendekatan deduktif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan partial least squares (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Unit analisis penelitian antara lain para auditor Inspektorat di wilayah Madura, yaitu Inspektorat Kabupaten Bangkalan, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sampang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Pamekasan, dan Inspektorat Kabupaten Sumenep. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan atasan, konflik peran dan ambiguitas peran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap independensi auditor. Kecerdasan spiritual tidak memoderasi pengaruh tekanan atasan terhadap independensi auditor. Kecerdasan spiritual memperlemah pengaruh konflik peran terhadap independensi auditor dan kecerdasan spiritual meningkatkan pengaruh ambiguitas peran terhadap independensi auditor.
