Abstract
Peternakan ayam ras petelur menghasilkan limbah yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan, sehingga perlu strategi produksi bersih untuk meminimal limbahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi limbah, menentukan alternatif prober dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial alternatif terbaik. Hasil peneliltian ini menunjukkan limbah terbesar adalah kotoran ayam dan air kotor. alternatif terbaiknya adalah produksi pupuk kandang dari kotoran ayam, jika dianalisis kelayakan menghasilkan nilai payback period 1,11 tahun, Net Present Value Rp. 5.877.716, B/C Ratio 2,4 kali Internal Rate Of Return 45,55%. Sehingga alternatif produksi bersih pupuk kandang layak dilakukan.
