Abstract

Tujuan dari pembuatan laporan Praktek Kerja Lapang ini untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan limbah di suatu perusahaan. Proses pengolahan limbah cair menggunakan metode aerasi yaitu Penyaringan, Pengendapan Pertama, Aerasi, Pengendapan, Penyaringan Akhir. Selain limbah cair industri pembekuan fillet ikan juga menghasilkan limbah padat berupa Tulang Ikan, Sisik Ikan, Kulit Ikan, Kepala Ikan, Isi Perut Ikan, Daging Tetelan.
