Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi giberelin terhadap kualitas buah jambu air (Syzygium aquaeum Burn F. Alston). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2018 di Desa Taddan Kecamatan Camplong Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu giberelin yang terdiri dari 6 taraf konsentrasi yaitu: 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, dan 250 ppm dengan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa induksi giberelin memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel diameter pangkal, panjang buah dan bobot buah, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada variabel buah jadi, kekerasan buah dan kadar gula.
