Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber-sumber risiko, tingkat risiko usaha, dan penanganan risiko di Galeri Bunga Rosy Decoration.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Aproksimasi Expert Opinion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber risiko yang ada meliputi risiko produksi dengan nilai status risiko 9,31 satuan, risiko SDM dengan nilai risiko 6,81 satuan,risiko pasar dengan nilai 6,69 satuan dan risiko finansial dengan nilai 3,65 satuan.Strategi penanganan risiko yang digunakan yaitu dengan strategi preventif dan mitigatif.
