Abstract

Untuk bisa bersaing dengan industri batik sejenis, UKM setia batik perlu mengetahui faktor apa saja yang di inginkan oleh pihak konsumen terkait kualitas
batik yang diproduksi oleh UKM Setia Batik. Selain dari faktor tersebut, Salah satu faktor terpenting dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah faktor lingkungan.
Upaya untuk mengelola dampak lingkungan oleh suatu industri akan berdampak pula pada besar kecilnya biaya (cost).
