Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di Indonesia masih menjadi sorotan publik karena
kerap mengalami berbagai masalah yang tidak kunjung selesai, mulai dari over
kapasitas dan terjadinya praktik pungutan liar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui
model pembinaan bagi narapidana maka diadakan penelitian agar tidak terlepas
dari sebuah dinamika yang bertujuan memberikan bekal kepada narapidana dalam
menghadapi kehidupan setelah menjalani masa hukuman
Kata Kunci: Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, Pungutan Liar, dan Narapidana.
