Abstract
Pada pencatatan meteran KWH rawan terjadinya kesalahan akibat salah menginputkan data KWH dan buram saat memfoto stand meter tersebut, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan adanya keluhan yang kerap disampaikan oleh pelanggan mengenai kesalahan penghitung meteran yang menyebabkan pembayaran tiba-tiba melonjak. Tujuan dari pembuatan program Pencatatan dan Rekapitulasi Biaya Listrik Rumah Tangga adalah menghasilkan aplikasi android yang mempermudah pencatat mencatat tagihan bulanan listrik rumah tangga. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java, xml, dan php.
