Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pabrik Tahu Pondok Pesantren An-Nafiiyah Desa Kampak, Kecamatan Geger, Bangkalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diterima oleh pabrik tahu An-Nafi’iyah. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis pendapatan yang menghitung biaya dan pendapatan pabrik tahu An-Nafi’iyah. Pabrik Tahu An-Nafi’iyah berdiri sejak tahun 1993 hingga saat ini. Hasil analisis biaya diketahui biaya produksi tetap tahu sebesar Rp. 24.804.000,00 per tahun dan total biaya produksi variabel sebesar Rp. 2.526.238.200,00 per tahun. Sedangkan untuk pendapatan yang diterima adalah sebesar Rp. 864.533.460 per tahun.
